ORIGINAL POST: On Wednesday, August 23, at approximately 8:45pm, the two (2) pictured Offenders were captured on video vandalized the office/clubhouse building at Madison New Britain apartments, located at 1500 Manor Drive in Chalfont, New Britain Township. These Offenders also vandalized six (6) vehicles belonging to residents of Madison New Britain. The one Offender appears to be on a black e-bike.
