On April 4th, 2023 NLCRPD officers responded to the 400 Block of Owl Hill Rd for a vehicle accident with reported injuries. On scene it was determined that a vehicle had went off the roadway and struck a PPL power pole. PPL has been notified and is listed as currently responding to the problem. This is an ongoing incident.
