PENN TOWNSHIP: Meadow Road, from Carol Lane to Newport Road, will be closed to through traffic on Monday and Tuesday, October 31^st and November 1^st, during daytime hours. The closing is for the topsoil and seeding of the shoulders. Limited access for emergency vehicles, school buses, and mail carriers will be permitted.
