The NLCRPD is providing this traffic advisory from the Penn Township Department of Public Works. Elm Road, from Brooklawn Road to Fairview Road, will be closed to through traffic on both Monday, September 19th, and Tuesday September 20th during daytime hours. The closing is for the milling and paving of selected areas of the roadway.
