NLCRPD is providing this advisory from the Penn Township Department of Public Works. North Penryn Road, from Newport Road to Oak Lane, will be closed to through traffic, on Monday, October 18th and Tuesday, October 19th, during daytime hours. The closing is for the road improvement projects and paving of North Penryn Road.
