Ephrata Police charged Scott A. Mease, 49, of Ephrata, with Stalking, Harassment and Defiant Trespass.  Police allege that from October 14 to October 27, 2020, Mease stalked and harassed an Ephrata family by calling them, showing up at their residence and placing letters on neighborhood vehicles after being warned against such contact.  Mease is presumed innocent and is currently incarcerated on a probation violation.
