NLCRPD is requesting help in identifying the suspects in the attached photos from a theft at the Target, 960 Lititz Pike in Lititz.  On 4/7/2020 at 1856 two subjects attempted to push out four carts full of high dollar merchandise. Subjects were only successful with one cart as team members created a heavy presence at the front of the store causing the subjects to ditch three of the carts. Subjects arrived at the store at 1817. Video review revealed a third subject that came in another vehicle. Both vehicle's drivers remained in the car. Subjects can be seen walking throughout the store making quick selections without regarding price. Areas of selection include baby clothing, baby toys, appliances, intimates, bedding, and home. At 1846 subject can be seen grabbing another cart. At 1854 blue car leaves without it's passenger. At 1856 subjects can be seen passing all points of sale and exiting the store without rendering any form of payment for the merchandise. At 1857 subjects fled in a gray mini van at a high rate of speed. Total recovered $144 2.19. Total known loss $421.93+. Primary subject with blonde dreads, black shirt, white PINK hoodie, blue car and a gray Honda minivan.
