On Tuesday August 13, 2019 between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m., Ephrata Police conducted a speed enforcement detail in the 300 block of Church Ave. in Ephrata Borough.  The speed limit here is 25 miles per hour.  Police cited 18 drivers for violations.  The high speed was 47 miles per hour.
