The York City Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on 7/31/2026 at approximately 2350hr, in the 100 Blk E. Maple St into a residence. 

Officers responded to the area for a report of shots fired and located two adult male victims suffering from a gunshot wound(s). Both victims were transported to a local hospital where one is in stable condition and the other was treated and released.

Detectives responded to assume the investigation. At this time, the circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
