Case Update #1

With assistance from the community, the suspect in the assault incident involving Lorretta Claiborne was identified as Damon Cole.

On June 14th, 2023, York City Police obtained an arrest warrant for Damon Cole. He is charged with the following offenses:

- Simple Assault

- Harassment

- Criminal Mischief

Cole turned himself in to the York County Sheriff's Office Central Booking.

The York City Police Department is requesting assistance identifying a male suspect (photo attached) who allegedly assaulted Loretta Claiborne in the area of 742 Roosevelt Ave on/about 6/10/23 at approximately 0830 hours.
