Missing Person

The York City Police are requesting information regarding the whereabouts of a 5-year-old female, Dream ALICEA. ALICEA was last seen being rescued from a house fire.  Her parents (Wilma Alicea and Jose Alicea) then fled with ALICEA from the active fire scene and have been avoiding contact with police and other agencies.  ALICEA’s medical condition from being pulled from the active fire is unknown.
