The Southern Regional Police Department provides ink fingerprinting free of charge to the residents within the jurisdiction of the Southern Regional Police Department for employment backgrounds, federal firearms licensing, etc.  A fee of $35.00 is charged for non-residents.  Call 717-235-3944 for more information and to schedule an appointment.  Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
