Police incident reports are not permitted to be shared with the public because they are covered by the Criminal History Record Information Act (CHRIA).  Incident and criminal reports can only be released with a court order or subpoena. 

If you need verification that a report was filed you can request a letter which will include report number, incident type, date and time of incident and the officer who took the report.  This information is available by 717-235-3944 ext. 112.
