On 8/19/2023 at approximately 0137 hours, Southern Regional Police Department took a report for a hit and run accident on Manchester St in Glen Rock Borough. During the investigation, Officers located a partial bumper. Officers were able to match the bumper to a red in color 2006-2011 Hyundai Accent. Vehicle was seen fleeing west on Manchester St (RT 216) towards Friendship Elementary School.
