Use this anonymous tip form to submit information regarding suspicious, nuisance and criminal activity to this agency. You may submit a tip anonymously or include your contact information.

Do not use this form with the intention of filing a police report for an incident you are involved with or for something happening right now.  For in-progress crimes you should call 911.  If you wish to file a police report for a non-emergency situation or if you want to speak to a Police Officer, please call the Police Department at 717-901-5267.  There can be a significant delay between submitting a form through this website and when a Police Officer receives the information.

  • Fill out as much information that you may know, including the type of issue, location, and any physical suspect description.
  • Please include your information if you would like a member of the Police Department to follow up with you directly.
