The Carroll Township Board of Supervisors has declared a snow emergency in Carroll Township from 12:00 PM Saturday January 24th to 12:00 PM Tuesday January 27th.  Please have your vehicles moved from the street before the snow begins.  We also encourage you to stay off the roadways unless you have an emergency.  Our Highway Department will working diligently to get our roadways cleared.
