The Carroll Township Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying the pictured male in reference to an incident that occurred in Franklintown Borough on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at approximately 1450 hours.  We are asking residents and businesses to check their surveillance cameras for any images or video footage of this individual.  He was last seen in the area of S. Church Street and W. South Street in Franklintown Borough at approximately 1450 hours and is believed to have been operating a blue Volkswagon sedan.  If you recognize this individual or have any information regarding his whereabouts, please contact the Carroll Township Police Department at (717) 432-3317.  Thank you.
