On September 18, 2026, at 10:01 Pm, Nazareth Police were on patrol in the area of North Broad and East North Street when they observed a male that was skateboarding in the middle of North Broad Street.  As officers approached closer, the male swerved into their lane almost striking the patrol car and two other passing motorists.  Officers made contact with the male and detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from him.  The male was found with an open container of alcohol.  The male was assisted in getting home and charges for public drunkenness were files.
