UMPD is seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Guillermo David Rojas, a 14 year old Hispanic male. Guillermo was last seen in the area of Blair Mill Village Apartments on Tuesday evening (6/23) wearing black pants and a black windbreaker with a red star on the chest. He left the area on foot.
