Every few weeks, the Upper Moreland Police Department receives reports of vehicles, garages, sheds and residences that were entered by subjects looking to steal valuables.  More often than not, these criminals will prey on unlocked doors and windows, bypassing those houses and cars that are locked with their valuables out of view.  All it takes is a few short steps to protect you, your family, and your belongings from opportunistic thieves looking to capitalize on your oversight.  This week's Safety Tip - The 9PM Routine:
