On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, we had the pleasure of visiting the Summer Rec Program during their annual cookout.  

We met many wonderful kids in grades 1-6 who were curious about our favorite type of case to investigate, our ages, and the equipment we wear.  Chief Smith was challenged to a race in the gym and was sadly defeated! 

Some of the kids met K9 Thor and his handler, Officer Hashemi-Sohi.  

A great time was had by all!!!
