LOWER MORELAND SCHOOLS START NEXT WEEK!!

As students return to school, you will see more kids and buses on the roads again. When driving near bus stops and around school zones, please remember to:

  Slow down and be especially alert in neighborhoods and school zones.
✏️   Take extra time to look for kids at intersections, on medians, and on curbs.
  Enter and exit driveways and alleys slowly and carefully.
✏️   Watch for children on and near the road in the morning and after school hours.
  Reduce distractions inside your car so you can concentrate on the road and your surroundings.
✏️   Put down your phone, and don't talk or text while driving.
  Obey school zone speed limits and follow your school's drop-off procedure.

SCHOOL BUSES ARE EQUIPPED WITH CAMERAS

All Lower Moreland School District buses are equipped with enforcement cameras and will capture any vehicles illegally passing stopped school buses with the stop arm out and red lights flashing. Violations will be issued. Let's do our part to keep students safe and STOP FOR THE BUS!
