LANSDALE BOROUGH- On January 6, 2026, at approximately 12:33 a.m., Lansdale Borough Police Officers responded to the 300 block of West Mount Vernon Street for a report of shots fired.
The initial investigation determined that this incident appears to have been a targeted act, with suspects firing multiple rounds at a moving vehicle in the 300 block of West Mount Vernon Street. The moving vehicle was struck by gunfire, as were three parked vehicles in the area.
There were no reported injuries as a result of this incident.
This incident remains under investigation. Police are asking anyone in the area with surveillance cameras, including residential, business, or doorbell cameras (such as Ring), to review their footage from the time of the incident.
