Requests for parking reserved for persons with disabilities should be forwarded in writing to the office of the Chief of Police (1 Vine Street, Suite 101, Lansdale, Pa 19446)

Included with the letter should be the following:

• A copy of the placard or disability registration card of the owner of the vehicle.
• The exact location.
• The reason for the request.
• A note from your physician.

Upon receipt of the request the area will be surveyed for feasibility. The request will be discussed at a Public Safety Committee meeting and the requester will be notified of their determination.

Note that these reserved spaces are for use by any disabled person having a handicapped plate or placard and cannot be reserved for a particular person.
