The Ambler Borough Police Department were made aware of a scam targeting multiple residents today.  A male claiming to be a Sergeant Gilbert calls your phone number saying he works for the Ambler Police Department. He tells you that you owe fines for not reporting for jury duty. This is a scam and please do not provide this person any information.  If you provided personal information, provided credit card information, or lost money as a result of this scam please call us and file a report.
