On September 27, 2025, at 9:17 a.m. an officer from the Stroud Area Regional Police was at the Veteran's Memorial Bridge in Stroudsburg Borough to investigate trespassing.  While checking the area, contact was made with Christopher Lebron, who had been trespassed from this area on September 24, 2025.  Lebron was told at that time he had until September 27, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. to vacate the premises.  Lebron was taken into custody.  A search incident to arrest found a cigarette box in his front pants pocket which contained 2 clear plastic baggies containing a crystal-like substance, appearing to be illegal drugs. Lebron was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility.  Suspected drugs were sent to the lab for testing.

Charges were filed and a bench warrant was issued for Christopher Jeremy Lebron for failing to appear for court.
