On Friday, March 27, 2026, at 8:29 a.m. the Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Lowe's in Stroud Township for a report of a retail theft. Upon arrival, loss prevention was reporting that on 2 separate occasions items were removed from the store without paying for them by 2 males. On this date, the males did not pay for $1,116.92 worth of merchandise. The second incident occurred on March 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. where the same 2 males selected paper towels, ceiling fans, trash bags, and power tools, which totaled $1,188.28 worth of merchandise that was not paid for. The males were identified as Enmanuel Figuereo-Bautista and Angel Cruz-Hernandez. Both males were also involved in other thefts in Mt. Pocono and Dickson City.
Charges were filed and a felony arrest warrant was issued for Enmanuel Figuereo-Bautista. He also goes by the name Enman. Angel Cruz-Hernandez was taken into custody on 7/13/2026.
