On Wednesday, March 11, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department took custody of a black, male Rottweiler that was located in the area of Park Street in East Stroudsburg Borough.

The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking assistance in locating the dog's owner. The dog is not chipped and did not have any tags.  

Anyone with information about the dog's owners is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.
