On July 31, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to Walmart, 355 Lincoln Ave, East Stroudsburg Borough, regarding a female who had committed retail theft earlier in the day. Through the investigation it was determined that the female under-rang merchandise and fled the store when loss prevention attempted to stop her. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer. 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
