On July 21, 2026, the Stroud Area Regional Police Department was dispatched to Walmart located at 355 Lincoln Ave, East Stroudsburg Borough, regarding a male who had committed a retail theft and fled from the store once store staff made contact with him. The suspect is attached to this release. The suspect did under-ring merchandise and fail to pay full value for the goods. 

Anyone with information on the identity of the Suspect is asked to "Submit a tip". All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW. THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
