On February 2, 2026, SARPD was dispatched to Weis Markets, located at 1070 N. Ninth St, Stroud Township, for a reported retail theft that had occurred on January 31, 2026.  The investigation found that at approximately 7:00pm on that day, a male took merchandise, concealed it on his person, and left the store without paying for the items.

Anyone with information on the identity of this male is asked to "Submit a tip".  All tipsters can remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.  THESE ARE MERELY ACCUSATIONS OF A CRIME.
