Forty Fort Police investigated a bicycle theft that occurred at the Betty Mascelli Park on 09/28/2023 at 6:36pm. Thanks to the quick help of the public, the suspect was identified.  Due to the subject being a juvenile, a written allegation will be submitted to initiate juvenile delinquency proceedings within the juvenile court system.
