We would like to thank the residents of Masonic Village for inviting Assistant Chief Feeney to meet and discuss traffic concerns along Country Club Road. We truly appreciate the opportunity to have a direct, face-to-face conversation about the issues impacting your community.
During the discussion, residents shared their observations regarding speeding and tractor-trailer traffic in the area. The discussion covered the realities of traffic enforcement — including enforcement obstacles, how speeding complaints are evaluated, and how decisions are made regarding when and where resources are deployed.
Assistant Chief Feeney also outlined the tools available to address traffic concerns, including targeted patrols, monitoring efforts, and data-driven enforcement strategies. Conversations like this help us better understand what residents are experiencing and allow us to focus our efforts where they are needed most.
Traffic safety is a shared responsibility. When residents bring concerns forward, it strengthens our ability to respond effectively and proactively.
Community engagement remains a priority for the Dallas Township Police Department. If your neighborhood, civic group, senior community, or organization would like us to come speak about traffic safety or other concerns, please reach out.
We’ll come to you.
Because strong communities are built on communication, partnership, and presence.
