In order to request a copy of a police report, you must complete the attached Right to Know request form. Upon receipt of your request, the department has five business days to review and either approve or deny the request. Please note that any report containing investigative information cannot be approved by state law. Please contact our administrative staff at 610-282-3064 with further questions.

Requests for records of the Police Department shall be addressed to:

Appeals regarding criminal investigative matters shall be made to the Office of the District Attorney, 455 West Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101. Appeals regarding all other records shall be made to the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
