On January 3rd 2023, West Lampeter Township Police welcomed Officer Bryce Mowbray to the Department. Officer Mowbray graduated from Penn Manor High School before attending Bloomsburg University, where he graduated with a double major in Criminal Justice and Sociology. Prior to coming to West Lampeter, Officer Mowbray worked for Columbia Borough Police. He is pictured being sworn in by MDJ Benner. Bryce’s mother (Alane), father (Hank), brother (Chad) and sister (Dana) attended the meeting. When you see Bryce, please welcome him to our community!
