How can you guide a struggling Veteran who won't ask for help? Is understanding the "first steps" to getting support the barrier preventing you from picking up the phone?
The Suicide Prevention Coalition of Lancaster County is hosting an educational presentation by the Lancaster/Lebanon staff from the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.

• -An overview of the services offered at the Lancaster & Lebanon Veteran Centers.
  

  -The option of Mental Health America's free guidance & support available to help navigate you (or a family member) through the mental health system locally.

• -How to access local support services, as well as crisis intervention teams, who work within in our county.
