The West Lampeter Township Police Department is attempting to identify the owner, driver or business of the attached pictured pick up truck. We believe the driver of the vehicle was a witness to a traffic complaint that occurred on Wednesday, 08/13/2025 in the 1700 block of Windy Hill Road, West Lampeter Township.
