Drug Offense-4 July 2026 at 4:28AM - Victoria B. KASTANIDIS F/28 of Columbia, PA is accused of the above offenses. On the listed date and time West Lampeter Township police officers were conducting proactive patrol in the 2400 Blk. Willow Street Pike Lancaster, PA and stopped a white Mazda for a lane violation. During the stop officers observed signs that the driver was possibly under the influence of a controlled substance and other indicators that controlled substances were in the vehicle. The driver admitted that marijuana was in the car and provided consent to search the car. The passenger in the car was identified as the accused, Victoria B. KASTANIDIS. During the roadside investigation and search KASTANIDIS was found to be in possession of suspected fentanyl and paraphernalia associated with its use. KASTANIDIS was arrested at the scene and transported to the West Lampeter Township Police Department where she was booked and released on the above offenses. The driver was also arrested and charged with drug offenses and the traffic violation. Both are awaiting their preliminary hearing before MDJ Benner.

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
