DUI- August 20, 2025 at 0123 Hours - Justin GREER  M/39 of Peach Bottom, PA was arrested for the above offenses. On this date and time, a West Lampeter Township Police Officer from Platoon A  was conducting proactive patrol in the area of the 2600 block of Willow Street Pike in Willow Street, PA when he observed a vehicle traveling Southbound. The Officer was able to verify that the owner and driver of the vehicle was driving on a DUI suspended license. The Officer conducted a traffic stop and William GREER was identified as the driver, owner of the vehicle. The Officer observed signs that GREER was driving under the influence of alcohol. A roadside investigation was conducted, and GREER was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the West Lampeter Township Police Department where he consented to a chemical test of breath. The test showed that GREER had a BAC of .06%. (To Note: The legal limit for someone operating a vehicle with a DUI Related Suspension is below .02%)  GREER was booked and then transported to his residence and released. The accused is facing charges of  DUI General Impairment (M), Habitual Offenders (M2) and Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (DUI-Related) (S). Charges are filed before MDJ Benner.

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
