DUI-15 August 2026 at 11:25PM - Justin P. GARRETT M/43 of Lebanon, Missouri is accused of the above crime. On or about listed time and date a West Lampeter Township police officer was conducting proactive patrol in the 2600 Blk. Willow Street Pike (north). At that time, he observed a maroon Chevrolet truck traveling the wrong way in the northbound lanes. The officer conducted a vehicle stop for the traffic violation and identified the driver as the accused, Justin GARRETT. While conducting the traffic stop the officer observed indicators that GARRETT was under the influence of alcohol and open, partially full cans of alcohol in the truck. A roadside investigation was completed, and GARRETT was arrested for DUI. GARRETT consented to a chemical test of blood, and the results of that test are pending. GARRETT was charged with DUI-General Impairment and driving the wrong way before MDJ Benner. Further charges are possible pending the blood results. GARRETT was arraigned on 16 August 2026 and remanded to Lancaster County Prison when he could not post bail at that time.

 

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
