DUI-21 November 2025 at 0705 Hrs. - Ramon A. GARCIA Jr. M/37 of Philadelphia, PA was arrested for the above offenses. At approximately 0705 Hrs. West Lampeter Township Police were dispatched to a 3-vehicle accident at the intersection of Gypsy Hill Rd and Beaver Valley Pike. Upon arrival, the accused, Ramon GARCIA Jr. was identified as the driver of a Land Rover that had been involved in the accident. The investigation and witness statements showed that GARCIA had allegedly committed a stop sign violation at the intersection which led to the traffic accident. Suspected marijuana and paraphernalia associated with it's use were recovered in GARCIA's possession and he showed signs of being under the influence of drugs. GARCIA was arrested at the scene for suspected DUI and transported to the hospital for a blood draw. GARCIA refused to provide a blood sample. He was then transported to the West Lampeter Township Police Department and booked on the above charges before MDJ Benner. GARCIA was released to another adult party from the police station and is awaiting his first court date.

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
