DUI-30 April 2026 at 8:03PM - Brandi N. ELDRETH F/42 of Port Deposit, MD is accused of the above crimes. On listed time and date West Lampeter Township Police were dispatched to the 2100 Blk. Willow Street Pike for a report of a reckless driver in a white Ford who was going into other lanes before pulling over into a parking lot. Upon arrival officers found a female unresponsive in the driver seat of the Ford with the vehicle still in drive. This female was later identified as Brandi ELDRETH. Officers were forced to break the passenger window of the Ford in order to check on ELDRETH and get the vehicle in park. As the roadside investigation continued it was discovered that ELDRETH did not have a valid driver's license and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. In addition, drug paraphernalia was located inside the vehicle. ELDRETH was taken to the hospital for treatment due to her condition at the scene. The charging officer applied for and was granted a search warrant which uncovered evidence that several different controlled substances were in ELDRETH's system at the time of this incident. As a result, ELDRETH was charged with the listed offenses and driving without a license before MDJ Benner and is awaiting her first court date.

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
