Drug Offense-4 July 2026 at 4:28AM - Alexis J. BOND F/28 of Oxford, PA is accused of the above offenses. On the listed date and time West Lampeter Township police officers were conducting proactive patrol in the 2400 Blk. Willow Street Pike Lancaster, PA and stopped a white Mazda for a lane violation. During the stop officers observed signs that the driver, identified as Alexis J. BOND, was possibly under the influence of a controlled substance and other indicators that controlled substances were in the vehicle. She admitted that marijuana was in the car and provided consent to search the car. During the roadside investigation and search BOND was found to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia associated with its use. BOND was arrested at the scene and transported to the West Lampeter Township Police Department where she was booked and released on the above offenses. She was also charged with the lane violation. The passenger was also arrested and charged with drug offenses. Both are awaiting their preliminary hearing before MDJ Benner.

 

The accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
