Manheim – On Sunday, September 25^th, 2022, at 3:15 AM, Manheim Borough police officers were dispatched to the 100 block of South Pitt Street for a shooting.  Officers arrived to find two people shot.  A 47-year-old female and a 22-year-old-female sustained hand and arm injuries from gunshot wounds.  Both victims were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Witnesses and victims identified the shooter as Dustin Wolf, a 40-year-old male from Manheim, who fled the scene prior to officers arriving.  The witnesses also reported the shooting took place after an argument and that the victims and the suspect knew each other.

Officers established a perimeter at Wolf’s address in the first block of South Main Street where he was located and arrested.

Wolf will be arraigned and charged after consultation with the Lancaster County District Attorney’s office.

Assisting agencies included East Hempfield, Lititz Borough, Mount Joy, Northwest Regional, Columbia, Northern Lancaster County Regional and the Pennsylvania State Police.
