On 12/18/2019 at approximately 10:28 a.m., while in the parking lot of Walmart, the victim accidentally left her wallet in a grocery cart and drove away.  The victim returned a short time later but was unable to locate her wallet.  Review of the video surveillance footage, revealed the pictured elderly white male wearing a green Eagles jacket and carrying a cane exits Walmart and loads his purchases into a black sedan.  The male then walks over to the cart where the victim left her wallet and steals it.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the male.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
