At approximately 1:47am on December 12, 2022 a male and female illegally dumped trash into a dumpster on the property at 352 East Main St.  Surveillance video shows the same man also dumping trash overnight on two (2) prior occasions. 

Please take a look a the attached still pictures and video; anyone who is familiar with either subject or has additional information regarding these incidents are asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police.
