At approximately 3:30 pm on 01-28-2021 the pictured male picked up a wallet that was unknowingly dropped at the Wal-Mart 2034 Lincoln Hwy East; the male then entered a car and drove away without turning the wallet in or contacting the police.  The victim lost cash as well as numerous personal papers which will require time and effort to replace.  Anyone who can help to identify the suspect is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
