At approximately 6:25 pm on April 15, 20223 the pictured male removed a backpack from a display rack and proceeded to stuff additional merchandise inside before attempting to exit the store without paying.  Anyone who is familiar with the suspect or has information regarding this Retail Theft is asked to contact the East Lampeter Township Police Department.
