On 11/7/2019 at approximately 12:30 p.m., the pictured male entered the Lancaster Travel Plaza and stole a Powertrain Power Converter valued at $200.00.  The male fled the area in a red Nissan vehicle.  Please note what appears to be a tattoo on the males right hand.  Police are requesting assistance in identifying the male.  Anyone with information is requested to contact Ofc.
