On 2/22/2020 at approximately 12:10 p.m., the pictured suspects entered the Coach Factory Outlet Stores (Tanger Outlets) and selected (3) jackets and (3) handbags valued at over $1,000.  They concealed the merchandise in shopping bags and fled the store to a waiting black Ford Expedition.  Anyone with information regarding these Coach Crooks are requested to contact Officer Miller at 717 291-4676 or click on the submit a tip button below.
